Shipping policy
We typically ship in-stock items the same business day if placed during normal business hours before 1:00 PM Central Time. Orders placed after 1:00 pm will be fulfilled the next business day. During busy shipping times, we reserve the right to ship within two business days. Orders are shipped standard shipping via UPS or USPS.
If an item is out of stock or back-ordered, we will contact you to confirm your approval of delays. If we can not make contact with you within 5 business days of the initial order, we will refund your payment to the funding source you provided.
We only ship USPS and UPS. If you have a shipping preference, contact us to make your order first. Our shipping services require a signature on delivery. If you request no signature delivery on your package, you will assume all responsibility for lost packages or damaged packages. Also, if you request no signature required delivery, you agree to waive your ability to dispute or initiate chargebacks for lost and/or damaged packages. In short, we highly recommend signature-required delivery, and you assume responsibility for your package once we have shipped it if you request no signature required delivery.
