Why the 17x11" elliptical
The Anti-Interference line comes in two sizes. The 14" round is the lighter, most manoeuvrable all-rounder. The 17x11" is the coverage coil: bigger and heavier at 1018 g / 36 oz, but it covers more ground per swing and its tip keeps it usable in tight areas and for pinpointing, which a plain big round coil cannot match. Reach for the 17x11" when you have interference to beat and ground to cover, and you still want to pinpoint cleanly and catch the small gold.
Coiltek builds it to last, with a skid plate attached from the factory and a 2-year warranty. Fitment matters, so be exact: it fits the Minelab SD and GP series and the classic GPX (4000, 4500, 4800, 5000). It does not fit the GPX 6000, which uses a different coil system.
