Every Score owner meets the same wall: a good site that is simply too trashy or too tight for the stock coil. The SC24 is the coil that pulls the keepers out from between the junk. It is the second coil in the Score 3 (Triple Score) Pro Pack, and the finesse coil that Score and Double Score owners add first.
At 9.5 in x 6 in / 24 x 15 cm it is the smallest coil in the Score lineup, and that narrow elliptical footprint is the whole point: it concentrates the detector's field into a precise zone that separates targets a wider coil masks in high trash, and it slips into spots the 12 in x 9 in coil cannot reach. Nails, foil, and bottle caps crowd the coins and jewelry, a big coil blends them into one smeared signal, and the SC24 is Nokta's answer to exactly that.
Why the SC24, and which Score it is for
Think of the three Score coils as a set. The SC30 12 in x 9 in / 30 x 23 cm is the balanced all-rounder and the SC35 13.5 in x 12.5 in / 35 x 31.5 cm is the big coverage coil; the SC24 is the trash and tight-ground specialist. It already ships as the second coil in the Score 3 Pro Pack, and it fits the Score and Double Score just the same. Worth stating plainly, because some listings only mention the Score and Double Score: the SC24 fits the whole current Score line, the Score 3 / Triple Score included. Add it to grid old yards, foundations, fence lines, and hammered relic sites where the finds hide next to the iron.
It is a Double-D (DD) coil, the configuration that gives the Score its stable target ID and clean separation on mineralized, iron-laden ground. It is fully waterproof; the coil does not set the depth limit, the detector does, and the Score line is IP68 rated and submersible to 16 ft / 5 m, so even this small coil works the wet edges of a beach or creek.
Compatibility, stated straight: the SC24 is matched to the current Nokta Score line, so it fits the Score, the Score 2 (Double Score), and the Score 3 (Triple Score).
