The one mistake to avoid: nothing from Minelab's land machines carries over to the Excalibur II. Its coil is hard-wired, its battery pod is its own design, and its chargers are Excalibur parts. The magnetic USB cables, the Equinox and Manticore batteries, and the Bluetooth headphones built for Minelab's current land detectors have no place on this machine. Order by part number, not by brand.
