Check your connector before you buy
Most dealers sell this headphone without telling you which machines it will NOT fit. Here is the honest connector map: this 1/4 in version fits Garrett detectors with a standard 1/4 in jack, including the ACE series. It does not fit the Garrett AT series (AT Max, AT Pro, AT Gold, ATX use a 2-pin AT connector; that is the MS-2 with 2-pin AT connector), and it does not fit the Vortex series, which uses a 1/8 in (3 mm) jack.
