At 72 g (2.5 oz) you stop noticing it minutes into the hunt, and because it runs XP's own radio protocol, about 10 times faster than low latency Bluetooth by XP's measurement, the beep lands while your search coil is still over the target. V4 stereo, unlocked
XP's free DEUS II V4.0 software (released June 5, 2026) runs exclusively on the ST stereo headsets. Stereo Multi-Processing puts "two fully independent detection channels" in your ears at once, Multi-Reactivity ends the depth-versus-separation compromise, and Audio Morphing shifts the tone as you approach a target. Competitor listings still call this update "upcoming"; it shipped, and this headphone is one of the three that can play it.
