Description

The Minelab Vanquish 460 puts the full Multi-IQ feature set into a lightweight, fully waterproof machine at the most affordable price in the fully featured Vanquish 60 Series. Four search modes, 30 discrimination segments, wireless Bluetooth LE Audio, and a backlit display all come standard, running on the compact V10X 10 in x 7 in (25 x 18 cm) Double-D search coil. Step up to the Vanquish 560 or the 560 Pro-Pack when you want the larger V12X coil, more tones, and finer iron control.

Why the Vanquish 460

Powered by Minelab Multi-IQ technology, the 460 reads multiple frequencies at once for faster, more accurate target ID across parks, fields, and beaches. It carries four search modes, Park, Field, Beach, and a custom User Profile, with 30 discrimination segments and 10 sensitivity levels, plus Iron Bias from 0 to 2 to quiet ferrous trash. Wireless Bluetooth LE Audio joins the built-in speaker and wired 3.5 mm jack, and a red-backlit display with built-in flashlight and handgrip vibration keep you on target in low light and noisy surf. The whole detector is IP68 waterproof to 16 ft (5 m), and its software updates over the USB-C cable, so the machine you buy keeps improving.

Step up to the Vanquish 560 for the larger V12X search coil, five target tones, and Iron Bias that reaches −1 for iron-choked ground. Your Equinox coils cross over

Here is a detail most buyers miss: the Vanquish 60 Series accepts the Minelab Equinox EQX06, EQX11, and EQX15 coils as well as its own V-series coils. If you already own an Equinox, this makes a superb waterproof backup, and your existing coils come with you. It also means the V8X, V10X, and V12X coils interchange across the whole Vanquish family, so a household running more than one Minelab, whether it is a spouse, a kid learning the hobby, or your own second machine, shares one set of coils instead of buying doubles.

The V10X search coil

The V10X 10 in x 7 in (25 x 18 cm) Double-D search coil delivers sharp, precise target response and a balanced footprint that covers ground efficiently while still separating targets in cluttered sites. It is a strong all-round choice for coin shooting, relic hunting, and general detecting.

Who you are buying from

History Seekers is a small American business and a working detecting channel: over 1.1 million people follow our hunts on Facebook and YouTube. Everyone here detects, from the top down: gold, relics, coins, jewelry, even float copper. We hunt with the gear we sell, and the person who answers your call has real dirt time. Every purchase keeps everyday Americans working.

The story is more important than the artifact.
