Fitting it and keeping it working
Hand-tight is the torque: snug the tab until the coil holds its angle, no further, because a cracked bolt is almost always an over-tightened one. Keep the washers with the bolt, and if a coil has started to droop at the end of a swing with the bolt tight, the bolt threads are worn and this is the part.
