Description
The Minelab Manticore Ultimate Bundle is the complete loadout: the flagship Minelab Manticore metal detector plus everything most detectorists end up buying anyway, packed and ready on day one. You get the M9 second coil, the Pro-Find 40 pinpointer, and the official Minelab backpack together, a $198 saving over buying each separately and the widest capability of any Manticore package here. The machine underneath runs 10 customizable search modes (5 All-Terrain, 4 Beach, 1 Goldfield) and keeps getting better free of charge: Minelab's 2.0 USB update added the Stabiliser setting and an Enhanced Goldfield mode.

The Complete Field Kit, Day One
This is the bundle for the hunter who does not want to upgrade in pieces. The two-coil setup, stock M11 plus the M9, lets you match the coil to the ground, from open fields to trashy old sites. The Pro-Find 40 pinpointer makes every recovery faster and cleaner with in-hole pinpointing and ferrous tone ID. The official Minelab backpack carries all of it, organized and protected, from the truck to the dig. There is nothing else to add to be fully equipped.
- Two coils: stock M11 for open ground plus the M9 for trash and tight sites
- Pro-Find 40 pinpointer for fast, clean in-hole recovery with ferrous ID
- Official Minelab backpack to carry and protect the entire kit
- The most complete and adaptable Manticore package, with $198 in savings
Who This Bundle Is For
The Ultimate Bundle is for serious detectorists who want to be fully equipped from the start and hunt any site without compromise: relic permissions, parks, beaches, and trashy old ground. If you would buy the coil and the pinpointer eventually anyway, this is the way to get them together and save the most.
The Detector at the Core: Minelab Manticore
Every part of this kit is built around the standard Minelab Manticore, Minelab's most powerful detector, with Multi-IQ+, the live two-dimensional Target ID map and Target Trace, and IP68 waterproofing to 16 feet. This bundle ships with the complete factory Manticore kit. See the standard Minelab Manticore listing for the complete specification sheet and search modes.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in the Manticore Ultimate Bundle?
The Minelab Manticore detector (with M11 11 in coil and ML105 wireless headphones), the M9 9 in waterproof coil, the Pro-Find 40 pinpointer, and the official Minelab backpack. It is a factory bundle assembled by Minelab under part 3228-1008.
Why get the bundle instead of the bare Manticore?
You leave with a complete field setup: two coils (the M11 all-rounder plus the M9 for tight, iron-heavy ground), a pinpointer for fast recovery, and the pack to carry it, at Minelab's bundle pricing.
Is this an official Minelab bundle or a dealer bundle?
Official: Minelab assembles it under its own SKU (3228-1008) with a manufacturer-set price. The Manticore itself also takes Minelab's free software updates over USB; the 2.0 update added the Stabiliser setting and an Enhanced Goldfield mode.
Is the Manticore in this bundle waterproof?
Yes, IP68 and submersible to 16 ft (5 m), including both coils. The Pro-Find 40 pinpointer is waterproof to 10 ft (3 m). The included ML105 wireless headphones are for land use; wired waterproof headphones (sold separately) are needed for submerged hunting.
Can the Manticore Ultimate Bundle prospect for gold?
This is the most gold-ready Manticore configuration we sell: the dedicated Goldfield mode and Multi-IQ+ engine, plus the M9 coil that prospectors prefer in tight, hot ground, plus the Pro-Find 40 for pinpointing small gold in the hole, plus the backpack for the hike. It will find gold jewelry anywhere as trivial work by comparison. If gold ever becomes the whole mission rather than part of it, machines like the Gold Monster 2000 and GPX 6000 are the dedicated path.
Is History Seekers an authorized Minelab dealer, and what warranty comes with this bundle?
History Seekers Metal Detectors is an authorized Minelab dealer; every Manticore Ultimate Bundle we sell is new, sourced through Minelab's authorized US distributor, and carries the full 3-year Minelab warranty on the Manticore detector. The warranty covers the control box and the search coils; the Pro-Find 40 pinpointer carries Minelab's 2-year pinpointer warranty. Warranty repairs go through Minelab's authorized US service center, and we help you file the claim. Minelab's military discount program applies to the Manticore; contact us directly to order under it (not combinable with other promotions).

History Seekers Metal Detectors is an authorized Minelab dealer; every Manticore Ultimate Bundle we sell is new, sourced through Minelab's authorized US distributor, and carries the full 3-year Minelab warranty on the Manticore detector. This is Minelab's own factory bundle, part 3228-1008, not a dealer-assembled kit, so the contents and part numbers are the ones Minelab publishes. Your setup questions get answered by detectorists who run this machine on real permissions: we will help you decide when to swap the M11 for the M9, set up your first Beach or All-Terrain mode, and get you digging keepers instead of nails.
See it in the field
The Manticore at the heart of this bundle appears in History Seekers hunts on YouTube and Facebook, where over 1.1 million followers watch us dig relics, coins, and gold across the Southeast and beyond. We rotate machines depending on the site and the ground conditions, so it shows up across many hunts rather than one dedicated video. Every find you see was made with gear we sell and use ourselves.
One more thing worth knowing about who you are buying from. History Seekers is a small American business, not a big box retailer where nobody on staff has ever swung a detector, and not a warehouse that just moves boxes. Everyone here detects, from the top down: gold, relics, coins, jewelry, even float copper. Years of field experience before hire is not a coincidence, it is a requirement. The person who answers your questions may be the same one who packs your order and drives it to the UPS drop-off, and every purchase keeps everyday Americans working.
The story is more important than the artifact.
