What Fits the Teknetics Alpha, Delta, Gamma, Omega, G2+, EuroTek and Digitek: Coils & Accessories
The short answer: the Teknetics Alpha 2000, Delta 4000, Gamma 6000, Omega 8500, EuroTek Pro, and G2+ take the First Texas screw-in coil family, and the EuroTek and Digitek take the plug-in coils. Teknetics' own wired stereo headphones fit all of them. The one mistake to avoid: screw-in versus plug-in. The Alpha, Delta, Gamma, Omega, EuroTek Pro, and G2+ take screw-in coils. The EuroTek (without Pro) and the Digitek take plug-in coils, and the two connector types do not interchange. The T2's coils are a third family and fit none of these machines. Each listing below names the exact models it fits; two of the concentric coils are not listed for the G2+, which is noted.
- First Texas 4 in / 10 cm concentric: the sniper coil for thick trash; Alpha, Delta, Gamma, Omega, and EuroTek Pro (not listed for the G2+).
- Teknetics 5 in / 13 cm Double-D: separation in iron; all six screw-in machines.
- Fisher 5 in / 13 cm Double-D (Gold Bug family): the Fisher-branded equivalent, listed for all six.
- Teknetics 8 in / 20 cm concentric: the coil the Delta 4000 ships with; Alpha, Delta, Gamma, Omega, and EuroTek Pro (not listed for the G2+).
